When we meet for the first time we can decide together what the best focus of our work might be, so that you have a customised therapy plan and the support and knowledge that you need to feel comfortable.
We know it can be difficult knowing who to trust when looking for a therapist. Our Psychologists are qualified clinicians, with many years of experience and each have a doctoral degree that requires rigorous training and assessment of competency.
Our therapists, psychotherapists and counsellors all currently work within the NHS and are fully insured and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. This means that we are committed to continuously developing our skills so that you receive us at our best.
